JOIN US AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO YOUTH EXPERIENCING FOSTER CARE!

Each year Project 48 serves over 1,000 youth ages 7-23 in the Portland Metro area, who are experiencing foster care. We provide them with Essential Items as they are transitioning into and within the foster care system, as well as Life Skills and Workforce Readiness as they are transitioning out.

Every youth who receives a care bag from Project 48 receives high quality new backpacks, clothes, shoes, and toiletries that can ease them into a new home and new schools.

The Life Skills Transitions Program provides life skills and job training for young adults aged 18-23 who are currently in or have recently exited the foster care system in the greater Portland area.
