Project 48 exists to ensure that foster youth, who are in their most fragile and vulnerable moments, are served within 48 hours of entering or transitioning within foster care. We provide brand new backpacks/duffle bags filled with 3 days worth of brand new shoes, clothing, undergarments and hygiene bins to foster youth, ages 7-21, in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties.
